Jarron joined 333 Capital in 2015 and has nine years’ experience across a diverse range of acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and other corporate transactions.
Jarron has a strong strategic focus, developed through in-house corporate development roles and a client-centric mindset, developed through top tier investment banking and mid-market corporate advisory roles.
Prior to joining 333 Capital Jarron worked for Woolworths, where he developed and refined the business strategy and managed the acquisition program for Home Timber & Hardware Group (formerly Danks).
Jarron was previously employed by Credit Suisse’s mid-market focused corporate advisory team. In that role, he managed and executed a range of transactions (valuations, acquisitions and divestments) for privately owned and ASX-listed companies across the retail, manufacturing, agriculture, technology, infrastructure and resources industries.
Jarron is also a qualified solicitor.
